WHY WORK WITH DIALOGUE CARDS?
Questions about our inner development
raise awareness of how we use our inner strengths and skills, which are important for creating the external changes we want to make. This is why the IDG dialogue cards is an effective tool if you want to create deeper dialogues and insights than you might normally have.

The cards are all phrased positively and with curiosity. This makes them suitable for various situations, where you want to strengthen relationships and self-awareness through conversation and reflection.

WHY WORK WITH IDENTIFYING YOUR INNER STRENGHTS?
When you identify your inner strengths, you get a deeper insight into yourself that can help you figure out what to focus on to become even stronger.

When you recognize others for their strengths, it makes them feel they are seen for who they truly are. This not only fosters motivation and strengthens relationships, but also boosts their self-confidence.

When you share your inner strengths with others, you allow them to get to know you better. This helps them understand your motivation and behavior.

When your team acknowledges themselves for the inner strengths that defines them, it energizes and help gain better self-awareness, and spot areas of potential.

YESTERDAY I WAS CLEVER, SO I WANTED TO CHANGE THE WORLD.
